Three times a week, Kat Adamson holds open meetings in the nonduality tradition of Sailor Bob Adamson and his teacher, Nisargadatta Maharaj. Everyone is welcome. This is not a business but a service, a circle of friends expressing what's clear.

One-to-one mentoring
Contact Kat if you are interested in one-to-one mentoring, either in person or over video call. She was instructed by Bob in individual mentoring, preserving his style and efficacy. Please attend a Zoom group first if you can, so Kat will see you before engaging individually.
"Unlike many others of his students who did get some relief from some suffering, I'm living Nisargadatta's truth that nothing is wrong anymore."
