welcome this is yeah we are we are an hour earlier than usually and Australia went to daylight saving there's our turn for the summer now doesn't look like it yet but getting there and we can start from the fact that you all are welcome you are welcome welcome existence yes I had a conversation this morning which is kind of highlighting the funny fact that is often difficult to swallow for people in general what do you mean we are all one it doesn't even sound right you know we and one in which way we are one and why we or are we the same or are we different you know there is unique differences between us and yet there is something that is the same what is the same what is the same between me and him or you guys or any other living creature the cat dog the tree or any other form like three a country concept a thought a feeling an idea yes so those are not to be a mental speculations this is not to be something that we are discussing as a philosophical topic this is known intuitively it is innately known as what now the problem with labeling and naming comes up but there is the isness the isness itself which can't be named is there underlying every form is showing up as every form Bob had this beautiful elegant one-liner which says which is the title of a book one essence up expressing appearing expressing and what one essence appearing as everything I think is the title of the book but yes and shaping forming patterning as everything one essence so that is one it appears as a thought and appears as a cut it appears as a concept as a collective for example daylight saving idea that suddenly becomes religion and half of the world scribes and and then the clocks are moved and what is the time really if not just another agreed upon reality which sets up a certain rules for the game in the dream so it actually makes the dream kind of known the mind is time bob would often say and that fact that the mind can actually relate to another mind and again it seems like there is more than one through the concept of time makes the territory known and familiar we can agree upon what time we meet what time we go to work what time we celebrate and it makes it or is someone else coming okay so uh for the guys who are with us uh on facebook welcome and there is five of us now and again because of the daylight savings we may expect uh later on people joining and welcome david and welcome michael and we have cleveland hayman here with us so uh i will be i will be hoping for your contributions oh my goodness come come here yeah heyman's not a cat person and cats are just just harassing him he's patient yes so uh back back to the basics uh mind this time time is mind and we have a question hi everyone from david oh that's not a question okay so if you wanna at any point interrupt unmute say something or comment same with the guys on facebook ask question uh or you guys if you wanna hop in and that will be helpful he says good morning to all from facebook as well yeah morning hi hi hey guys hope so much so time is mind mind is time time is created our friend here am 마еда.
we're talking about uh mind for his life he's complaining about what time is so time is mind mind is timetime uh time creates the of the mind to feel familiar so er popular drugs i think are so dangerous and so scary and so when the mind is unstable because they distort the sense of time and suddenly people get lost suddenly nell can you maybe or whatever or whatever but if the mind does... the mind is steady and healthy enough that kind of brings a sense of curiosity and adventurousness all the so-called altered states of consciousness which again suggests that there are such things as states but those are again that one one energy one essence patterning and shaping and forming states you know the different state one could say is when you are in a good mood when you are happy to be when you wake up after good night's sleep and had a nice good cold shower and get a couple of compliments from your loved ones life is good that's a different state of consciousness then when you are whatever low energy b12 deficient depressed life is shit you take everything personally on that the level of consciousness is also different level this is just a concept but we know how you the energy to life the dream is cruising and is changing is constantly varying whether is changing outside weather is changing seasons are changing in there whether it's also changing the moods are changing what is it that doesn't what is it that is always there through all those changes and you can see that there is again back to that one essence which cannot be named and which cannot be described and it cannot even be called it because it isn't really it if it permeates everything or it underlies everything or this prior or before everything like space then it can't be even it because this is the I am this is the sense of existence if not for that I am that sense of existence none of those changes could ever be witnessed and registered we have someone else joining us and welcome Anant so nonjuality investigations are always about coming back to that which is changeless underlying all expressions and appearances always here unborn timeless spaceless bodiless mindless and looking at it from the perspective of the mind is fruitless is pointless because pointless it is pointless because the mind cannot grasp understand comprehend nonduality because for the mind it is just the concept for the mind non duality is an empty idea while again in the direct experience of existence it is just that it is only that there's nothing but that division in that natural state come from the dividing tool come from the mind come from the mind trying to define the boundaries defined concepts the whole mind which is roughly a language model and roughly the language is a symbolic language it creates definitions this is Dean this is cliff Heyman this is a computer a cat definitions based on the assumed boundaries or agreed upon boundaries they can only be here because there is a presence because there is an existence if not for the presence of one could say consciousness or existence there's no mind there is no language model there is no cognitive capacity there is no possibility there is no possibility there is no possibility there is no possibility there is no possibility to even define any boundaries so habitually to even define any boundaries so habitually for the survival purposes attention gravitates towards the mind and again the conversation I had this morning was around the ideas of survival which is what the mind is proficient for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for and what one could assume is designed for I will be very grateful because that will save me time in learning on my own mistakes And that's the that's the mind So it is vital and valid to work on mind training If anyone is moved to do that it helps to have the healthy outlook on the world the healthy outlook on yourself and On others to see to be able to use the language model appropriately to be able to label Efficiently it helps within the dream But again, this is all secondary it all wouldn't matter if you weren't present if there was no consciousness So we leave that mind training stuff to different modalities to therapies to other other spiritual paths and Fascinating by all means and unavoidable.
Absolutely like Bob would sit and do the crosswords Different puzzles people read book people Watch the documentaries Those are all forms of training the mind I mean everything that people do in life because this is a this is a malleable language model, which constantly updates constantly adds it is unavoidable and Trauma release therapies and Singing dancing grounding running Beautiful beautiful expressions within the dream nothing wrong with any of that I sometimes get the question asked and so did Bob why why are we so opposing the? meditation What do we have against it? It's a wrong question. There is no Objection to anything that anyone does in their dream Someone's joining us Howard.
Hey, we just yeah So we got leave Heyman and few people on the zoom you can just wave the hand and I will see you Then we are Yay So where were we we were at the different forms of a mind training that are absolutely beautiful grounded fascinating Meditations mindfulness beautiful beautiful modalities, which are only possible because you are if there is no presence of consciousness, no meditation, no mindfulness no Grounding techniques nothing could even take place. So there is no objection from from non-duality to absolutely anything that appears. The basic predicament is no one has a choice, no one is a doer. If a particular body-mind machine like this meditating creature here, purring loud here, is moved to sit still and meditate and purr, who's there to object to that?
There is no one here. We say life is just unfolding through every possible means. So there is no one who can choose to do one thing or another. Thought appears and action follows. So if there is a movement to join a silent retreat, that's what's going to happen. If the movement is charged, that is going to happen. If there is a movement then to justify, why am I doing it? What for? Don't I get it? I'm still seeking. This is wrong. Well, that is wrong. what is happening also, that sort of a narrative is happening. So there is no... It doesn't even make sense to encourage or discourage people from any behaviour if they are not the doers.
And yet, encouraging and discouraging may happen as well. And everything, the whole field, the whole energy field moves by resonation. So I may come to a party and get encouraged to go and dance and the response may appear in the body or it may not. Again, even though it looks like very, very elaborate set of cause and effects and actions, it is just a basic happening. The same way the weather is happening. The front is moving and the head of the front is heavy with rain and then the rain falls and then the front moves further and the sunshine follows. The same way anything in life happens.
So there is nothing wrong... Oh, Jane, would you like to unmute? Yeah, that's all really good, Kat. And related to that is I've been thinking about Bob's saying, as it is, unaltered, unmodified and uncorrected. And so that's very related to what you're saying. We're not the doer. And life will... unfold. What about if you've got three chaotic kids? And so, you know, what... So you just leave them... So can you say more about that? Do you just end up being... So it's a fine line for me about that very saying. It appeals to me and I use it quite a lot. To my... You know, when I'm busy getting angry with someone or, you know, just leave it, let it flow.
But sometimes, you know, if you've got three... You're looking after three kids who are, you know, causing absolute bedlam. You can't exactly do that, can you? So do you have a criteria or... Yeah. When you become a doer, when you slap those kids first. So when you... When you yell at them. Well, the truth is, you see. Let me see. How am I gonna deal with those kids? What am I gonna say? I don't know. I don't know my next thought. Maybe next thought is gonna be a scream. Or maybe next thought is gonna be encouraging kids to play together and dance and whatever. I don't know.
Therefore, I'm curious. Let me see. So it's still the same. It's still the same. Totally. You don't sort of go with the flow and then all of a sudden you have to... Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Please. Yeah, Cliff's gonna answer. Jane, just interesting, your question. And I'd say, yes, you go with the flow. But, you know, your response might be different every time. And, you know, it would just come up naturally that either you shout at them or you might ignore them. Or... You know, want to discipline them or you've just read a book on managing children or something. And you'll try and apply that technique.
But it will just come. And then you might think afterwards, oh, that was the wrong response. But that's also just the natural mind doing its thing. And you may or may not get better at it as you go. But that is life. And, you know, we think... We want to try and control the outcome or control what's going to happen. But we're pretty powerless on that. You know, we might learn something and think, oh, last time I did that, I wasn't that happy after that way of responding. And you might respond differently. Or you might forget all about that and respond the same old way as you have done 100 times before.
Yeah. So it fits in with... It fits nicely within the framework, doesn't it? In a way, it's letting go of their mind, trying to control the events all the time or thinking that it's got the power to control the events and then blaming yourself for it not happening the way you would have thought it might have happened. That's all. Yeah. And also you can trust that life is going to move you. Because you don't know the next thought, you do have to rely on that inspiration to come. Yeah. And it comes from somewhere and it comes from life. It comes like Bob would say, you know, inspire means breathe in.
You know, it's like spirit in, the air in. And now you're inspired and you discover your activities. But you can trust life that this system, what Cliff was saying, and that's a really valid point. This system has the capacity to upgrade itself and update itself. So if particular behaviour really, really works, it may be tried again, it may have different success rate. And it will again, it's a self-correcting mechanism. This bio computer is so brilliant. You can trust that at any point it is going to be doing the very, very best according to its programming, according to what's installed in that language model, which sort of I don't even know how is what are the metaphors now with the like you have the chat GPT models getting wiser and wiser and smarter and smarter.
And of course, that's to the point. At some point it goes the other way. Oh, yeah. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. And it goes different way at some point. At some point it might start reversing and it may start. Self sabotaging. You could be self sabotaging. I mean, there's plenty of people who spend. So it's not necessarily this whole system. Of, you know, you're not the door and just wait for inspiration. I mean, many, many people are self habitually self sabotage. And that if you actually look at that, this is also a self preservation. It sounds counterintuitive. And I know few people who have that very, very strong tendency.
And if you again look from the bio computer sort of a perspective, suddenly you have someone. Who was growing up in a dysfunctional family, who is absolutely lies, not very happy, but is fairly comfortable and familiar with the situation of dysfunction with poverty, and then suddenly that person starts making something of the life and it start getting wealthier. It start getting more recognition and it feels wrong. It feels stressful. It feels like this is something out of place because the. Because the language model, the whole database says I'm relaxed and comfortable in the familiar environment, this is unfamiliar. This is scary. Let's put it back to where we can walk on autopilot with our eyes blindfolded.
This is not ideal. Absolutely. But from the perspective of the algorithm of that language model, it does make sense. Though, of course, those models can. And this is again the work for the therapy and other modalities. Those models, the minds can be trained, can be updated and upgraded. They can be hypnotized. And certain behaviors can be changed, rehearsed to certain extent. And that highly anxious sort of responses coming from a lot of trauma. They can be rewritten. And we can even see it in the animals where without particular brainwashing techniques or rapid eye movements techniques, it still settles the moment the threatening agent is removed, but with humans, there are tools at the disposal.
But this is all within the context of the dream to recognize first that none of that would have taken place if not for the presence of consciousness. If you weren't here, you couldn't go into this traumatic self sabotaging situation. So giving the credit where credit is due. First thing first. Yes, sabotaging behavior runs on the autopilot, but it only runs because I'm present. Because I'm here. Life knows itself through this vehicle, through this, you know, the so called God or Omni presence present through this particular machine translated into seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling and sabotaging behaviors and self defeating behaviors and mental illness. All that is an expression of that existence of that Omni presence.
So the main purpose is I know that I am. That's that is gone. I want to say something. Just the coming out of that consciousness. And that the attention is going there on this issue of how do you react to your children in certain circumstances, just that the attention is there and the thinking is going into that and trying different techniques. As that attention goes into it, that area will grow naturally. And it's not something you're forcing yourself to do, but you sort of raised it. And it's something that's there. So energy is going into exploring all that and making mistakes and second guessing it and thinking yourself sabotaging whatever is all part of that growth in a way.
That's what I said. Like I was just thinking of an example. I keep thinking I've got this keyboard at home and I used to play the piano as a kid and I keep thinking I must get back into playing the piano. But I don't do anything about it. But I know that once I start doing it and start putting the energy starts going there and it'll only come out of a natural sort of thing. I can't really force myself to do it unless that intentionality is there. And if that's the interest and the practice and all that will come out of it. That might happen one day.
Who knows? Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. And that's a fantastic example. And thank you, Jane. Thank you for your question. That's really showing up how everything is the attention. All the energy flow is actually the attention flow. There's no difference between because it's one whether you call attention, you call it energy, even if there is an incentive or desire that is showing up as a thought now, I'm going to start come back to playing. It's just a thought. If that thought gets more charged, it will reoccur and it may get recharged again and it may eventually get enough charge to get that body get up. And start the action.
Yeah. And any behavior is just anything. Anything in the appearance is just the movement of attention. Like the whole dream exists because it is attended to. Where is yesterday when you don't think about it? Thinking about it is attending to it. Where is it? It can't even be conceived of because the moment it is conceived of, it is attended to, is created. It is in the form of a thought. So just noticing how and really this is the pointer that couldn't be overestimated. Noticing how the attention flows. Where is it attracted to? Where is it going? Is it going towards future? I will get back to the piano.
Is it going to the yesterday and the guilt and the self sabotaging behavior analyzing? Or is it staying here? Seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling. Presence. Appreciation of this unique, unrepeatable present moment right now, which has never been here the way it is. And it is never going to be here the way it is again. It's unique and it's fresh and it's new. And see what the attention is doing. It's not to say that if the character, the personality tends to dig in the past or tends to project the future, this is wrong. You should also. Only be mindful and present. Nothing is wrong. Watching the tendency of attention, watching your mind, watching the personality structure.
It is already stepping back from that association with the mind, from the identity of the mind and just seeing how it functions. Just watching the mind, how it functions. With the curiosity. And now as I see, oh shit, this one, it has stupid, stupid, ridiculous, childish responses. That's a lot of judgment. So the responses are noticed. Tendency to judge the responses are noticed. Now, from where from they are noticed, they're not really personal. This one has that tendency. And this on top of that tendency is the narrative of this sort. Hmm. Interesting. So the third layer of beating myself up because this program has been installed in a childhood and this program has been installed when the language was a little bit.
So those two programs, seeing them arising, they don't cause any sense of bad feeling or guilt or shame or anything anymore because they belong to the body mind machine. That which knows them. The noticing the presence, the consciousness, the space like awareness is completely neutral. It doesn't get this regulated because this one, whatever, burp or farts, it doesn't matter. So being able to step back and be curious of what is arising and if sense of that being very, very personal, very intimate and very wrong because it's mine and I shouldn't be like this. I want to be different. If you see that as just spontaneous arising.
That sense of things being personal sense of things being important or being wrong. If you see it as a spontaneous arising. That's not you or not yours. That's none of your business. You actually you watch it and you marvel like wow. Wow. This program you could even be moved to see. Wow. I wonder. Wow. You know, everything is one. Everything is love. What sort of what form of love is this? What a survival purpose is that serving? You know, the the sense of beating myself up. Oh, I'm I'm shit. I'm good for nothing. You know, I'm too fat. I'm too stupid. And my parents also told me I'm not, you know, like I will never amount to anything.
Why? Why this voice? And this is another. Another form of self-sabotage. What for? What sort of motivation is that? And what's behind it? Is it really love? Doesn't look like it doesn't feel like it makes my solar plexus cringe. But because everything is one essence, everything is the love of being the must be. And I think we could maybe even ask Cayman for that because he has a little bit of a high moral grounds values and ethics. So he would know. Would you? Will you? Yeah. You know, the thing when when you actually have this this sense of self judgment when you say, oh, shit, you know, I should do better than that.
I'll be better than that. And next time I'll improve, you know, and then it translates to, oh, shit, I'm not good enough. Can you? It's because. Oh, I work eight and a half hours in an office and for months. And I would say years. Yeah. I would say, no, I'm going to lose this occupation, lose this job because I'm not good enough. And generally when I zoom out every one and a half year, every two years, I zoom out two or three times, by the way, in this time that I work in. Generally, things get better. I get better, faster, quicker, more efficient, more skillful.
But still the self, I wouldn't say self sabotage, self sabotage. Or I would say there is a capability. There's something in me that says that's not good enough. I would say now, after some years, that that that voice is actually work for me, not against against me. Otherwise, I would sit comfortably and doing the same thing and getting the same result, which results in kicking me out. Out of the job. So that sound actually pushed me towards the difficulty because that's where growth resides. So when I get really intense in my psyche, in my head, in my body, that's actually what growth is. What grow is or what grow looks like.
Yeah. There's a price that I'm paying for being comfortable because there are two kinds of comfort. There is a... You know, egoistic comfort or bodily comfort. And there is a spiritual comfort, which means you settle the body, the psychology or the whole system in oneness of being, in unity of being. That's the real comfort. Because things happen through that being. And then you're in the middle of alignment with whatever is happening. And that's also the meaning of acceptance, I would say. God bless. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you very much. That was, yeah, that was pretty... That was really good. That was, that was really clear.
I think we have some comments here, Dino. Can we? Yeah, on the same topic. Jyoti was saying, whether we will end up going with the flow or not is also in our... is also not in our control. Absolutely. And wanting to go with the flow also in a way is believing in doership. Yes. Yes. Exactly. That is a really good point. And thank you for highlighting it. Absolutely. You know, you think you have a choice to go with the flow or against the flow? What do you? Anybody there with a choice? No. James says, why ask a hypothetical question when you don't know what your next thought is going to be?
Beautiful. Yeah. Yeah. And sometimes the next thought is just that hypothetical question. And that's perfect too. And we have Michael. Hi, Fag. How's it going? Yeah. So, yeah. So the idea of punishment or self-blame or all that sort of thing. And you're talking about, I know you guys are into the language models and playing around with those. But I was watching Hinton, the founder, the godfather of AI, talk about it on a podcast. And it's built the way the human mind is built. And the way that they get it accurate is by giving weight, extra weight to certain connections. Yeah. And so I put our own brains.
Like, if you don't care enough about something, then why would you bother? Like, so and we kind of in a way, we have to force ourselves to do things we don't want to do to survive in the world. I know that's it. But that's it. I'm going to pick up on that. But the thing is, like, if you want to achieve something or do something or change something, that. That patterning of the mind relies on that weighting of either good or bad, towards or against. So in terms of the programming of the mind, all of that stuff is really important for the mind body thing to survive in the world and achieve things.
That's very much like the last language model in that respect. And none of it matters because it's not us anyway. Right. But the game that's playing out is playing out with those two. Connections being strengthened or weakened, which could be self sabotage or could be rewards of joy and dopamine. Yeah. Share that. Thank you for that. Absolutely brilliant point. And yes, adding the weight and the temperature. Language models, revealing so much about the nature of the mind because they are modeled from the human mind. What's important? What's my values? What would I die for? Yeah. and what and where do they come from I have a friend with who we are doing a little bit of a like like a fun sort of a process of reviewing the minds behavior and we ended with reading Bob and I gave her a book with the like a wisdom of the Indians and she's reading a day or I'm reading this 365 days I don't even remember the name of it but it just shows the different values in a different culture like the reading that we were having yesterday was about the value our culture have installed around ownership about consumerism I own the house I own the copyright of my book I own this I own this in those ancient cultures or native Indian cultures or Aboriginal cultures different cultures there are different models there are different values such thing as I own the land is the most ridiculous idea that couldn't be even conceived of land owns me I am this body is made of the of the elements of the land how could I possibly own it but this is a different culture and the tendency is oh yeah they got it better the grass is greener out there oh really is it okay that culture is also self-organized self-organized self-organizing universe it organized to this and make make the most of it find a way to appreciate this if you don't like it okay fine you know like get your home and invite all the homeless people from under the bridge they'll be super grateful say that you can live here and see if it really is greener on the other side we are the product of this self-organizing system and we can find a way to appreciate it and and things that maybe we haven't achieved in a of the flow of life like we had to be and now that cycling in one part relationship we can see that sometimes we can't really just be what we view what we really believe this that brauchen we just just our sense of thought it's entrar into your life you see from where you lie realize this is how we areye out there the entertainment, the movie, rather than taking a role, being a character and advocating, this is good, this is bad, I am right, you are wrong.
There is a better way to be than taking sides. And again, that example of realizing what your language model values, what weight does it have? And I know people also in regards to the temperature and the hallucinating parts, you know, people whose survival strategy is always change the face to match the environment. Literally like chameleons lying, lying all the time. Oh, you like this movie? Oh, I like this too. No, I hate it. But I like this too, just so that you like me. Beautiful too. If you don't associate or you don't believe yourself to be the character and you don't believe yourself to be the speakable character, but you are a space in which that particular strategy is playing up and you can appreciate what it brings in.
You can actually enjoy even the patterns that are kind of, they're not generally appreciated in a society, like pattern like shopliftings or stuff like that. And motivations behind. Appreciating the dream, looking at all those strategies and marveling at them with the perspective of, this is the appearance. There is, you know, the main and the most important thing, the realization that I am, the fact of your own existence, underlying every content, every movie that is cast on that screen, that purpose of life is already achieved. The essence, the omnipresence is present. Can't deny it. You don't have to think about it. You don't have to contemplate about it.
You don't have to remind I am, I am, I am, I am. It's obvious. It's the thinking and contemplating about it. It could be the, it's like talking about going with the flow before. Yes, you can't help but go with the flow in a way, and you might try or find yourself swimming against the flow and think, oh, this is very hard. It's very hard going or whatever, but it's the mind that comes into it and goes, oh, well, I'll always go with the flow now, or next time I won't go with the flow. And it starts strategizing and thinking about the future and, and the self in regard to some action.
And then you get lost in the mind thinking, this is what I'm going to do. This is what I'm not going to do or whatever, instead of really just going with the flow. And it's like, you are the actor in the play that's thinking about changing the play all the time. And that's what causes the anxiety and separation thoughts. Yeah. That is. And yeah, and that's actually crucial point because all the, all the conundrum and all the drama of life comes from powerlessness and the sense that I don't have enough control. The sense that I don't have enough control. The sense that I don't have enough control.
The sense that I, I'm losing touch with reality. I'm not running my life. My life is not the way I want it to be. How am I going to manifest a better life for myself? Better partner? How am I going to get the better dream? How am I going to get there to that point of enlightenment when I'm persistently experiencing only pleasure and nothing else, love and cosmic union, not this generally, not this, something else. How do I do that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How do I get from not this to that out there? And of course, even the idea of trying to not be right here right now, but somewhere else is preposterous is, is idiotic is, is, is impossible and spending attention, precious attention, training your mind to persistently focus on getting there.
Well, you training your language model for living, living in the future and living in that illusion of control. I will eventually get there. Look, I didn't know how to ride the bicycle and I took the lessons and I spent enough hours and now I can do it. See, I can. Yeah. No, the language model updates itself, but the idea that there is a mini me, that there is a mini person which does that again, this is the misconception. And it's the cause of much unhappiness. It's the cause of much unhappiness in ourselves and in society in general. Yeah. Rather than just, rather than just acknowledging that because I don't know what I'm gonna think next.
Yeah. I had someone saying to me on the phone the other day, oh, I'm anxiety about doing this and that. I just know I won't cope. And I think that you've coped, you're coping anyway. You know, it's like, it's all happening around you. And you're responding to it and you are coping and you project into the future. Have this idea that I won't be able to. Yeah. Do what comes naturally in a way. It's all in the, it's all in the thinking and our. Absolutely. Concept. And it's all coming from love of being. Yes. Yeah. Obviously, you know, like if, if I didn't give a shit, whether I'm gonna cope or whether I'm gonna stay alive or whether I'm gonna manage my anxiety.
Well, there was a lot of anxiety. And I think that's, I think that's the, I think that's the, I think that's the, well, there would be no preoccupation. There would be no emotional charge in the, in the matter. So recognizing the, the love of being takes this thing away already. And then realizing that the coping mechanism is something beautiful and fascinating to watch, to witness, to be curious about. And when I'm looking, even at my own anxiety. From being that space, already coping is already fine it's nothing wrong with right now even when the body is nothing wrong if there is no thought that it should be different that is not that it's not there yet I think we have a comment here revised saying it's not like riding a bike thank you Howard oh good got this now so go with it again that it's everything dissolves in this conversation and there is no reference point so um almost like I hope to have some problems so I can fix them and you know achieve something but that's kind of back to front you know oh dear and it seems very real the problems and it all everything seems very real and yeah in so many ways in so many levels and um and so it really in this this uh commitment here to look into it all and really as you're saying the love of this the love of being um is the I find it the best thing really like most a lot of my life it's been that's been the main interest and even if I go off track it's it comes back again and um I yeah I go everywhere that you can speak about this and I'm not going to say anything about it but I'm going to say that it's been a great time hearing about it and um and it's it's the main thing and yet at the start of this conversation there was all this uh I experience all the troubles and the yes and the as you were saying the enjoyments and the but they're not enough um neither the problems nor the nor the uh the enjoyment um and I don't know I think that's it for me I think that's it for me I think that's it for me I think that's it for me I think that's it for me I think and yet they're part of it all and everything's a part of a part of this and but very ephemeral so passing everything yes coming back to melbourne you know i was born in melbourne but haven't lived here long and yet and they're a family and they're all older and there's there are buildings and the whole thing is i'm actually talking of language models everything runs on computers now you know back in time i used a piece of paper to get here and it works actually but just in a different way but it's just amazing to see all that all of the change and to live through the change um everything's changing but it's really it stays a little bit longer and it's a little bit more of a change but it's a little bit more of a change the same in a way like it's all it's all energy atoms and molecules in different forms and it's interpreted different ways like that you know what do we have in common is the being and the loving to be and that's that's what we acknowledge and talk to all the time and yet we see the differences all the time on on male your female this coloring or your that coloring with different backgrounds but someone told me that namaste that the um hindu greeting is comes through originally comes from the the light and love in my eyes acknowledges the right love in your eyes in the one beingness like the beingness is through everything it's i once read a book called the self-aware universe it's like the whole universe is the beingness the the um self-awareness and that whole thing is is universal and that's what we really are we're fascinated by the differences all the time and that's what occupies our our minds and our relationships with each other true yeah and that's what we appreciate it too that's what we love isn't it yeah we love all those differences because the beingness by itself is unremarkable endlessly fascinating it's unremarkable literally because there's no qualities you can't really make any remark in regards of what the being is how it is whether it's hot or warm or big or small or large or or how old or how young nothing is absolutely nothing that can be said and what howard was saying and yet you know this attraction to that appreciation of a dream seeing the dream fleeting changing passing when you are somewhat you know like it's not even a detachment it's sort of like in alan they would say detachment with love it's a loving sort of embrace of whatever is appearing and appreciating that fleeting like like a living painting on the canvas because you realize that this is fleeting you have to quickly quickly love it now because it's gonna be gone gone gone so when now it seems so real yes and then it seems like magic that it disappears as well and yeah it was always like that it was always disappeared it was always fleeting it was always as you're saying particles and movements and there's like a astrology astrology there's planets there's you know there's uh cellular levels there's uh emotional level you know there's so many um aspects aspects yeah like um the uh like dreams i love i love a good dream but the dream seems so real and it's a real separate reality sort of thing when you're dreaming it and you're responding to it and oh god that's dreadful you know that's not right all i've got to fix this in the dream it's all very drastic or something then you wake up and then you talk about it a bit then you can't remember it and what seemed like so important while you're asleep is is gone and sort of like you know and bob used to say where are yesterday's problems and where are last month's problems and they seem so intense at the time that it's happening and yet it's a nothing it's hardly you're hardly able to recall it in a way you know it's it's so fleeting everything just moves like that and then it's like except for this this is really important i'm really gonna work this one out you know then and again and then and avoid it completely and it's still there for you know then you finally it it comes into the picture again and then you find out well actually there was nothing to avoid you know in the in the first place and then oh man what what a mystery um it's such an opportunity to be able to speak about it as well like like you you all that it it's it's not it's rare to have the space to yeah the that's dedicated to yeah that's to you speak of it and hear about it and yes yes it means it's a very great opportunity oh yeah and it's it can't help but love it and and the natural attraction towards that towards that that you know like joyous recognition that there isn't really anything wrong unless there is a concept of things being wrong without the concept it's just wow wow recognizing that and grounding that recognition to the point that it's only one moment at the time.
This moment is always now. It's always now. And just training that mind to get out of the way and let that appreciation naturally shine, you know, like that cat sitting there next to me and sleeping, purring in the sunlight because there is no trouble in the mind. There is no preoccupation with future. There is no dread of the guilt or shame or remorse or anything. And I also, at this point, it's like life is so easy and carefree. It can't help but want to just bring that sunlight to everyone else. I mean, sometimes people say, okay, I'm not the doer. I'm going to go on the street and throw the hand grenades everywhere because I'm not the doer.
God did it. You know, God killed people, raped people. I'm going to take advantage or drink or whatever. No. When you find that natural joy, when you shine that natural joy, the likelihood of wanting to hurt someone else goes all the way down. You're just going to share that joy. There is no other way. If you are filled up with that, that's what's going to pour out, obviously. And also in service, the idea of a service is just the greatest privilege. You know, I was speaking with a person. Yesterday we were on the party who was saying that her daughter is actually looking after us as a part of the study after 14 year old Down syndrome kid.
And this kid is absolutely transformed by being seen, by being loved, by being cared for. And this kid is going to take it with him to a life. She's actually the 18 year old is transforming the life of a kid. And it's upgraded. It's upgrading the model there when it actually settles in that beautiful, heartfelt energy of being valid, of being cared for. What a gift is that? There is no greater gift than see another for what they are and remind them. I see you the Namaste. I see the light in you. I reflect the same light. I am God. And so are you. Everyone is God.
And then I have another service. That I translate my introduction to non duality, which I was introduced in India to have like an online Polish retreat. So every now and then I do the translations and recording and stuff. And a part of that system is the moment you say Namaste, the God in me, God in you, God in everyone. People often raise questions. Yeah, okay. I can see God in everyone. But not in. Not in Donald Trump or not in my husband or not in the neighbor. Everyone. Yes, but except for one person. And then this is the great invitation to see that mind construct, to see that projection.
What is that one thing in that one person and see and recognize love behind that too. The fear that one person is micromanaging. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That one person is judging me or that one person is judging me or is not seeing God in me. So I can't see God in them. Yeah. That's the way you go into the mind, isn't it? Where we start going, oh, it's not in that person. Or if only they saw what they should see me as God or whatever. But the beingness, the natural state, it's self shining. And that desire to speak. Yeah. And that desire to spread the love.
I love it in. I am that in the saga. There's a chapter that says, be happy, make happy or something like that. That happiness will shine. And sometimes in some communities like I've just been overseas and it's very easy. Everyone says hello to each other. Good morning. Everyone's very friendly and you can see it. It's very easy to see. It's self shining. In a way. And the other thing about talking about living and being aware of just being present without all the mind chatter and stuff like that, that we're constantly fascinated with what's going on in the mind. But if just pausing and coming back to just being aware and letting all the thoughts drop away, it suddenly becomes clear that beingness and loving to be is there.
And the only thing that can alter is the mind. If the mind comes in and starts saying hello, that should be different. And it's your responsibility to make it different right now or something like that. And suddenly all the separation and anxiety comes out of it. Mind no problem. No mind, no problem. Dino, do you have anything to eat? Yeah. What? He said. He said. He said the divine in me bows to the divine in you. Namaste. And Sandy says, mind loves to fixate on the constant changing content and ignores present awareness, which never changes. Yeah, that's it. That's a habit, the habit of the mind.
And recognizing that habit of the mind, recognizing that habitual behavior of the mind straight away. Where are you looking from? Recognizing the mind always engaging with the content. Recognizing the mind. The recognizing capacity is free from it. It's watching the mind in its element. It's watching the attention moving and giving life to whatever it's attending to. Like there is no yesterday until there is a thought of yesterday. And the attending to that thought and appearance or experience of that thought are not two. It is all one. Suddenly, yesterday appears as a thought and yesterday's problems or tomorrow's problems. They all appear as one. Attention appears as tomorrow.
Attention appears as yesterday. Michael, did you unmute or no? I just saw you. Okay. You're good. Antonella says, is there a chooser anyway? And then later. It's a blah, blah fest and the death and rebirth of this parent isness. Yes. Yes, it is. It is. Yeah. And now the blah, blah fest that's bound to happen and it can happen in misery. Poor me. I don't want to be here. How am I going to? I'm ugly. I'm bad. I'm a human. I'm a body. I want to die. Or the blah, blah fest can be like, wow. The sense of elation of wow. Looking at the sky.
Wow. That's the reflection of what I am looking at the people. And if you look with that open mind, you do actually see the godliness. You see the infinite complexity in every single appearance and every expression. And it's like, wow, it really is a celebration. We had actually a conversation on the evening Zoom. We have two groups. Two groups in the evening, which is morning for Europe, where one of the guys brought up that it seems like happy, clappy Christians are much better off believing in whatever they are believing than people believing in the religion called science, where everything is going down, the monetary system is going down.
Banks are after us. Conspiracies after us. What's the secret? You know, there is someone. There is someone believing in some sort of a delusion. So science says that it is a delusion. But what is not a delusion in the dream? And why is one delusion or illusion better than the other one? Well, you can again measure it by the level of energy, the level of joy, the celebration. And if there is a loving God that is caring and is loving me is out there, I'm separate. Well, okay. It's still more love. Present. In the dream. Even if that even even with a cast away the big daddy out to the clouds, but he's watching over and he's feeling he's caring.
And she or whatever is still relatively more joy, though. Again, there was the saying about the path to enlightenment, the path of Nana or wisdom and the path of devotion, which is worship. And I think that's a very important thing. There are no paths. There are no paths. The recognition is now. Pass says talks about future. But those pointers are not completely useless either. There is nothing that cannot be seen in the right light. Like you can see the love behind the pointer. Yes. Okay. If you understand that the mind can't grasp it and the mind relaxes, then what shines without the mind? Ah. Okay.
I see. Or when you actually surrender the mind, the mind. Yeah, there is a loving God or there is a loving goddess or there is a universe or whatever. And it surrenders. It bows down and says, okay, I'm only little miracle, whatever. It still gets out of the way and it gets out of the way in love, like breaking the mind through science or making it bow down and surrender serves the same purpose. Mind is a veil. But whether it is a loving, surrendered mind or whether it is the mind that, oh, shit. Okay. I'm so tired. I've just tried everything. I just give up.
The result is the same and you have no choice. You have no choice. If you're so inclined to sing the bhajans, that's how it is going to unfold. That's how the dream is going to unfold. And if you're so inclined to go and solve the puzzles and read and study, that's how life is going to unfold. And now the idea that this path is better. Oh, I'm going to choose this one. I'm going to go with the flow against that. And with this, that's another delusion of grandeur. There is a me who can do it. I can't sometimes think that you might get satisfaction out of the dream.
But. The dream is always a dream. It's like coming back to no thing or realising that it's no thing. There's no grand highs or lows in that. It is just being in a way. But there's a relaxation in the mind. It doesn't matter what religion or dream you go down. If it's happy clappy, it's really great. Well, it's happy clappy. But then there's all the guilt and shame about not following the rules and all that sort of stuff to do. And if you're into capitalism, it's great when you win Tats Lotto. But it's really bad when you go bankrupt. It's a good and bad in any path you go down.
I suppose. It makes it colourful. Like in nature, we could look at the dream the way we look at nature. Like, you know what Bob would say? You get day and night and winter and summer and up and down and left and right. And good and bad and pain and pleasure. All of that is going to be. Provided. And sometimes the contrast is huge. Like Bob from being chronic alcoholic with the gun in his mouth a couple of times with the zoo nights and suffering that is absolutely unimaginable for the majority of people for who the worst thing that ever happened was they didn't get the new iPhone for a Christmas gift and yet relatively they might be closer to a suicide because the resilience isn't there.
In. The system. The model has its ups and downs and within that it fluctuates. So suffering is so relative. I've seen people flipping the like, well, really losing it because there is going to be a birthday party and it's not going to be according to my plan. It's going to be someone else's birthday. It's not going to be about me. I'm not coming. Not showing up. So and that's a depression. The reason for depression and relatively it is ultimate suffering. But again, this is secondary. It can only be there because I am winter can only be there. And there are people who live in Bali all year long.
Beautiful, perfect temperature. And there are people who live in Siberia. Very, very. Hot summers and very, very cold winters. But still, the relative resilience and the relative ups and downs and the pains and pleasures, yeah, it's just according to the conditioning of the machine. And of course, when you look at the dream, sometimes like what they say, you know, the weak people breathe difficult times and difficult times breathe strong people or resilient people and strong people bring good times. And then the good times bring weak people and off it goes in circles. And of course, we are in a good time right now. So the new generations of people, they will have relatively low resilience.
And when the shit hits the fun, there will be a lot of mental illness, trauma and a lot of issues. And that's part of the cycle. And guess what? In 100 years, none of them is going to be here. And what does it matter? The purpose of life has been already established 150 years ago. Statistically, if you had six children, maybe one would make it to adulthood. The death in the childbirth of the mothers, the death of young children. Wow. Imagine the amount of trauma. And they are our great great great grandfathers. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times.
Good times create weak men and weak men create hard times. Oh, beautiful. And it's just a gorgeous illustration that Heyman brought. Yeah, it's fantastic. Thank you, Heyman. Yeah, lovely. And it's all dream. It's all dreamy. It's a dreamy cycle of pain, pleasure, day, night, pain, pleasure, day, night and winter, summer. And then stepping back. And seeing the circle and what you were saying, Howard, seeing how it doesn't last, how impermanent it is, how it is only now, only fleeting moment. That's the only time to really see it fully, to appreciate it for what it is, to celebrate it, to enjoy it, to experience it. Because let's face it, really cold winter may not be that enjoyable.
Cliff would run to Bali. So and of course, pain. Not that enjoyable. Poverty. Not that enjoyable. And yet because it's temporary, because it's only now, because if there is no commentary and if there is no idea that it shouldn't be this way, and if there is stepping back, relaxing and being curious about this particular experience, this particular flavor of the intensity, and even if there is a motivation to strip off the label and be even more curious. And suddenly there is no anxiety anymore. It's just that's it. That's what's happening. That's the energy flowing, moving through the body. There is no story. Oh, they want to get me.
Oh, my gosh, this is going to go wrong. No narrative and not even a label of fury. Now label off content of the dream off and just wow. Look at this. Live. It's boring out. Suddenly something that is very, very uncomfortable is another invitation to celebrate different form of energy vibrating through the system. Sadness, joy, anger, anxiety, pain, pleasure, anything. If there is complete. Let me see. Curiosity. Openness. Wow. Oh, gosh, she's burning loud. And that's universal sadness, joy, anxiety, pain. You know, everything experiences it. Yeah. I think animals, too. And we don't know about plants, but maybe for plants, too. I don't know. It is the oneness.
We're talking about oneness right at the start. It is the oneness. Everything is experienced. Everybody. Everybody knows the emotions of jealousy, rage, suffering. It's there anyway. You don't have to explain what it is. Everybody knows those feelings, I suppose. Yeah. Like the sea is one. It's one sea, but it's warm over in the tropics. It's freezing down in Antarctica. It seems different. Different experiences in different parts of the sea. It's still just the one. The one. Yeah. That is a great metaphor. Yeah. On sea waving. Waving. Yeah. Flat. Stormy. Constantly ever changing. Never changing. Exactly. Never stop. Never stopping. Yes. There we go. Yeah. Good.
Just want to say that knowing the simple fact that there is no alternative and there is no such thing as random events. I know out of my heart things happen for growth of this entity, I would say. And I think that turns out to be more and more and more true. It is true. It will be more and more and more true. God bless. God bless. Yeah. That's actually that's really helpful. Belief or helpful attitudes for the dream character. You know, things happen for good. How much nicer that sort of a belief is that things happen randomly. That's where all the faith comes from. And the goodness.
Things happen for good. Yes. But I'm going to share secondhand information. The goodness of it is not goodness that I want it to be. Or I prefer to be. Or I predict it to be. Yes. It's going to be one goodness. There is one goodness and there's one source for that goodness. And I can only and only and only align with it no matter what. No matter what. Yeah. That's it. I think it should be good for me. That's the thing. I think it should be good in a personal sort of way or good for my tribe or my people or my family or whatever.
But it's just. It's goodness in general. I think he said something the other day that I've heard for itself. This is me. The whole appearance is me. Yes. This is me, but it's not mine. As soon as I start thinking in terms of mine, there's the separation. I love it. Yeah. Me, but not mine. This is the present. This is the I am. This is the I am. That is not. Not for me to own or manipulate or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Brilliant. Nice. One liner. Yeah. And I love what Haman was saying. The goodness, the greatest goodness is not of my doing. It's aligning with that supreme reality.
I was about to say, unfortunately, yes. And I said it now. And the reason is because the growth is not easy. So yes. I'm aligning. I'm accepting. I'm playing my role. The role that I given the role that it meant to happen to given to me this entity as a body or psychological entity. But then because I know the fact that there is only one reality, there's no alternative that I'm participating with the torture, which is a temporary torture, a torture towards getting. Thinner. In torturing and getting easier in living life and experiencing. And that's the meaning of ease of being in level of sensory perception.
And doesn't it make the love and that trust in that supreme reality make the torture a little bit less? Because you trust that this is for the greater good. So, okay, I can put up with that torture because I trust that it's going to be okay. Well, that's. Precisely why I said to people even as well as I'm thinking or because I'm thinking I said it to people once that, okay, what worse can happen? I'm going to go to jail. Well, that's where I'm going to serve people. That's why I'm going there. Let us see if it's going to happen. Yes. Brilliant. Yeah. I think we have a comment here.
Yeah. You can read it. Yeah. I think it's a little bit better. There was one earlier about someone Jane said lovely words earlier on. And earlier on, Michael said, can drill down infinitely smaller and smaller or expand out infinitely. Where does it start and where does it end? Yeah. And most recently said, speaking is a spoken thought. It really is that which is beyond words. I love to hear us trying to speak of it, though. What a joy. That is. Yes. Do you want to summarize it? Sure. You always bring it home so nicely. Well, it all started with the oneness, this whole one essence or one.
How do you start it? Like a unifying one. One essence. One essence. One essence. One essence. And then all of a sudden, that one essence in this meeting seem to go and express it in all these different ways through all these different appearances of bodies and words and voices and tonalities and the colorful palette of descriptions on how it works, on why it works, on the movement of it, describing using metaphors of oceans. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And all the oceans are like a fabulous one. You know, the whole ocean in different parts of the world and the salinity, the heat, the temperature, the waves, every aspect of that.
And yet it's always it's the ocean. It's the ocean. And imagine, like, taking one drop of it and calling that me. Yeah. And then saying, whoa, hang on. There's an ocean out there. And I'm a droplet. And I'm a special droplet or an important droplet or a superior droplet or an inferior droplet. You know, it's quite wild. And then what was it? And I think we got into, you know, this sort of like a description of like, yeah, well, I sort of get it. But like, you know, we're not going to make decisions. And we're not going to do this. And we're not going to do that.
And all the different aspects of this sort of it's all an appearance of the human. This one essence is a feeling that I have to decide. There is no one deciding. But it's an appearance or a feeling or a sense. But it's appearing in that particular way as though there is the dream is designed in a certain way. So. So it appears, you know, to show that this is him and this is her and this is good and this is bad. And then there's all these different array, like all these different what do you call it? Like lenses in which that can be viewed, in which that appearance can be sort of twisted and changed and viewed.
It's absolutely malleable and it morphs and it changes. And what is that? Malleability is like the body. Body. Body. Mind. Organism that it's that's constantly updated. Like it's conditioning is the ocean is conditioning that droplet, you could say. And it's constant conditioning. And all of a sudden that, you know, that droplet all of a sudden says it's this or that. Or I can choose or I can be this or do that or this is right or wrong. And it's the whole ocean is making that conditioning appear. To have this sort of this overlay of an idea that it is individual. It's separate. It's special. It's good.
It's bad. It's all these things. And this aspect of life is, you know, well, I've got the kids and I've got to do this. Yeah. That's separate from the non dual meeting. You know, no matter how we really get it. But then we're going to go into the real world. What a load of crap. There is no real world. Like there is only that one essence. Yeah. And. Yeah. Yeah. And the non dual message is so brilliantly like, you know, talked about, like the miracle and the beauty of, like, being able to discuss it, share it, express it in all the different sort of the kaleidoscope of these expressions.
And the beauty is there's no getting out of it. There's no getting into it. There's no because it already is whole and complete. It's already there. Like, right now. And it's so immediate. Like and in the immediacy. Appears. Time. But it's always immediate. It's an appearance of time in that immediacy and that essence, that one, that aliveness, that life itself, that sense of presence isn't separate. There's only one sense of presence, really. And but the appearance is absolutely completely different and in constant change. But that one sense of presence is that. And that which illuminates the whole of creation. And it illuminates the whole of time.
It illuminates the big bang and the cosmos and the decision whether I should eat chocolate or have vanilla instead. You know, it's absolutely the same essence. And it's the same essence that allows words of describing the non dual experience. You know. Or. So. It's incredibly, absolutely inclusive. There is no way out of it. There's no way in it because it's all there is. And it's absolutely whole and complete. And it's called a great perfection or it's called non conceptual sort of awareness because from that place, that's it. It is absolutely perfect. And the misery and the suffering and the chaos and everything that appears to be in that manner is from.
From that one place. It's it's that's it. That's another aspect, another expression. And it's fleeting and it's and it's unreal. And I think from the start, you started with the one essence. But what is this one essence? You know what? What it's it's it's it's actually nothing. Yeah. It's actually no thing. It's no thing. It's like totally empty. It's not even space. It's so empty. And then and then it's like nothing just starts to. Just vibrate. Let's call it energy, right? Like, just call it energy. Yeah. And that vibration of nothing starts to appear like something. And then something vibrates even more and becomes solid something.
And then solid something becomes universities and cosmos and thoughts and ideas and life and death and good and bad. And it's quite like it's quite a thing. Really. It's the only show in town. It's the greatest show in town. It's it's it's it. And you are that and everyone is that and there's no escaping that. And there may be an obscuration, seemingly of obscurations in the appearance, but they are seeming they're seemingly obscure. There is no particular destination or path or state of progression because it's so immediate. And that's the real good news. The bad news is. The bad news is. Exactly. Enjoy the second.
Yes. Yeah, it does. So. No, this was actually so good. I kind of want you to start the meeting one day because the loaded metaphors, like you brought completely different light and inside and depth, even to the sea metaphor, how the droplet is conditioned by the whole ocean. course you know not only they're not separate but every droplet is actually a reflection of the whole ocean like how below so above every ounce or every particle is the universe reflecting itself in that separate sort of a thing like and you could see it in real life now i'm a person i'm a woman how do i know that is the whole humanity dividing into sexes suddenly giving me a gender i'm conditioned by the ocean i'm polish or i'm australian or whatever that's being the droplet being conditioned by the whole ocean and you can see how your values you know i'm owning the house i'm owning the copyright versus everything is owning me those are also conditioning ocean conditioning the droplet your mind is conditioned by your environment there is nothing apart from the sense of existence which is completely beyond comprehension beyond expression that has not been installed in the language model that has not been conditioned and another thing that is really really beautiful when you say that even the whole time is a droplet in the ocean and when you look from the perspective of the mind it's the other way around isn't it time is eternal from the time immemorial past into the future eternity very very very long time billions of years before the big bang and to the end and in this is one drop over now but that's just for the purpose of the mind which constructed the time but the mind with all its contract constructs and all its ideas is a droplet in the eternity of now and this is again another beautiful highlight which we could really spend another hour exploring because it's so potent and it's so vital to actually see to see directly the the time appears now in the now this cat knows nothing about yesterday and tomorrow it doesn't have the language to even conceptualize the idea of yesterday and tomorrow we humans we can talk because we have this faculty of imagination which we call memory and projection but that's still still creating mental images and that's how the whole construct the history the biology the science and inner consciousness the consciousness and everything that that that depends on time which means depends on mind is appearing only when we think about it in that eternity of now because the now is always there's never not now every time you check oh now so that's that's yeah it's time once upon a time blah blah blah happily ever after namaste I think we have everyone here included.
Thank you Dean says Anika and hey wait wait wait Antonella says blah blah blah first and there oh yes we're done oh thank you thank you and Jody says thank you and thank you everyone. Lots of love thank you. Yay!
